MULTAN: Pakistan T-20 Captain, Shahid Afridi on Wednesday said that if Pakistan and Indian played series, it would be a big event.
Talking to the mediamen after attending a ceremony held to express solidarity with the martyrs of Army Public School (APS) Peshawar here, he said that playing against India has always been a joy, adding that he enjoyed himself contesting the arch rival.
Appreciating PCB efforts for conducting HBL Pakistan Super League, the star batsman said that the event should be organised earlier.
Referring the Peshawar incident, he said that the tragedy had united the whole nation.
‘Each one of us should step forward to contribute for the elimination of terrorists from the country,’ he added.
