ISLAMABAD: Indian media on Wednesday reported that their Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj is ‘likely visit to Pakistan next week’.
According to an Indian news agency, Sushma Swaraj will visit the neighboring country to attend a meeting on Afghanistan.
It should be noted that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi met and greeted the Pakistani Premier Nawaz Sharif in Paris on the sidelines of the United Nations conference on climate change.
The Indian PM had walked up to PM Sharif to shake hands with him and both the figures sat on a sofa together.
They had a brief discussion at the meeting held in a friendly atmosphere. The overall regional situation along with bilateral ties were also discussed.
The prime ministers of the two South Asian giants had also met in Russian city of Ufa.
