ISLAMABAD: PTI Chairman, Imran Khan Thursday said that the government should form a judicial commission headed by the Chief Justice of Pakistan to investigate revelations of Panama leaks.
Speaking from the floor of the National Assembly, Imran Khan said forensic experts be made part of the proposed commission.
Imran Khan said he invites the proposed commission to begin its investigation from him and his residence in Bani Gala. He said the Prime Minister should come forward and present himself for accountability.
“If an independent and powerful commission wasn’t formed, the PTI would be left with no other option but to come out on streets,” the PTI chief warned, amid desk thumping from opposition benches.
Imran Khan said Shaukat Khanum Hospital was not built with laundered money, adding, on the contrary 40 percent of the hospital’s funds came from abroad.
