Antalya: Unidentified assailants striked 3 rockets on Friday targeting southern Turkish holiday resort situated in region of Antalya. According to Turkish media reports, no casualties were reported yet.
According to the Hurriyet newspaper, 3 rockets were fired which hit a fishermen shelter. It also stated that a tanker moored off shore might be their target. According to the details, the rockets were fired from a mountainous area near a highway linking the resort of Kemer to the city of Antalya.
The cause of the attack is yet to be determined.
Turkey has been shooked by a number of attacks by Islamic State group militants in the following year.
